As an artist I have always been fascinated about thoughts. How thoughts that pop up in our minds can take shape and come out as an art form. This must be a complex and challenging process to understand. For thoughts to form into ideas there must be multiple thought processes happening simultaneously. This means there should be multiple thoughts going around where they travel as individuals but interact with other thoughts to form an entirely new thought that takes shape. What I was interested in was the journey they take over a period of time and the interactions they make with others. Intricacies were born from the thought of giving a visual to these thoughts. This is my way of expressing this complex process into a visual art form.
Intricacies
Series of artworks expressing the journey of thoughts as thought threads, twisting and turning, knotting and unknotting, interacting and changing into each other creating unique free flowing striking visuals.
I will be experimenting the thought threads journey in different forms and textures, all hand drawn pouring all my heart and mind into it, yet keeping that signature free flowing style intact.
My genesis edition - Intricacies #1 work will be in a limited edition of 20.
Subsequent Editions - Intricacies #2 and above in the series will be reduced in edition numbers. I will be going with my art instincts to arrive at the final artwork.
1/1s - Special intense thought threads will be unique 1/1 edition. This will be hand signed digitally by me with some surprise goodies.
Evolution
I have been an artist and considered myself an artist as long as I can remember. Transitioning into a digital artist from 2002 I use different styles combining many different forms to express. As a curious character I get interested in a lot of things. So it has been a challenge for me to define my style personally.
Some artists instantly find their unique style to express. Some find many different ways to express. Many times it is even difficult for the artist to figure out his/her style. There is no definite way or rule to conclude which is the best way to go. There are a million ways to express and it all depends on the artist to use the best style to express.
When I started Intricacies somewhere in the process it occurred to me that curves, swooshes and free flowing forms have been part of most of my artworks. It was a bit ironic that this thought occurred to me when I worked on artworks expressing about thoughts itself. So in a way this genesis thought project might pave way for many more expressive ideas in a similar style. I am really looking forward to expressing myself confidently in this style that I have always enjoyed creating.

Sometimes the most difficult thing in art is to express the most complex idea in the most simplistic way. History has proved this time and again with legends like Mark Rothko, Franz Kline, Wassily Kandinsky and many other legends. This is my humble take on one such idea and expressing it in the process I have enjoyed a lot. Hope you will enjoy it too.
